SHARGEEK strives to provide quality-assured and good performance products. If you are caught in some problems when using our products, please contact our support staff for help. Returned items must be in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Non quality-related issues
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls,extreme temperatures,water, operating devices improperly)

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product. *Please contact our Customer Support team at before you submit your return or exchange.Otherwise, we are not responsible to take charge of the related cost may cause.If the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective. The refund process will begin. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Please provide the valid tracking number and shipping receipts for the returning package within 7 days from the Return&Exchange approval date. Otherwise, your return request will be voided. Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.


Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.) For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once the package leave the warehouse, it cannot be canceled or amended.
