Warranty Policy

SHARGEEK provides warranty service of one year for all products.  All SHARGEEK products only replace without repair.We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your SHARGEEK purchase may have caused.

NOTE:Please note this page is for purchases made through this website.  For purchases made through SHARGEEK’s authorized resellers, please contact them directly.All SHARGEEK warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end-user of the product.  Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sources that are not subject to SHARGEEK’s quality controls.


  • Any product that has been altered or modified in any way.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues
  • Free products
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Any product that has been purchased from an unauthorized dealer, or upon which unauthorized repair or service has been performed.
  • Normal wear and tear (i.e., scratched shell, or damages to or discoloration of the finish for any reason).


  • Sufficient proof or purchase must be provided.
  • If the defective item is damaged, visible proof (if any) must be provided.
  • A description of the defect must be provided in order to issue a warranty claim.
  • If the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective. We will send a new product or refund to you.
